3 Day Returns

Make the video of opening the parcel mandatory. 

Return Time

If you not happy with the product you have received, don’t worry. Return the product in its original condition, keeping the tags and packaging intact. You can always ship it back to us within 3 days without any deduction.

If a customer wants to cancel the order, he/she can do the same by CALL at +91-7976130995 (10 AM to 5 PM, Mon to Fri)

Return Process

Return will be processed in either of the following two ways: self return or Pick-up process is only available to particular set of order and not all, hence you have to self return the product in the case where pick-up service is not available. We request you to use a return portal  courier with proper tracking number in case of self return. Raga Fashion will not bear the return shipping charges.

Refunds/ Replacements

In our products only returns when product damage or fake product that case our team receive return But you must have made a video of the opening of the parcel. But if the video is not created and you say the product is broken or incorrect then it will not be considered valid. Make the video of opening the parcel mandatory. 

If you wish to replace a damaged product, we will send you a new one. We can also refund the amount to your credit card/bank account or offer you a store credit redeemable towards future purchases.

Terms of cancellation

 Cancellation before dispatch.

  1. A User is permitted to fully or partially cancel orders prior to its dispatch from Raga Fashion.
  2. Upon successfully placing an order on the Platforms and after Raga Fashion has successfully handed over the Product(s) to its Logistic Partner (as defined in the Delivery Policy), the User will receive a unique tracking identity number, which will enable the User in tracking the status of delivery of the purchased Products.
  3. Prior to the dispatch of the purchased Products, should the User decide to cancel the purchase, the User can do so by referencing the unique tracking identity number received by the User and requesting Raga Fashion to process a cancellation by sending an email : ragafashion10@gmail.com
  4. Refund. In all events of cancellation prior to the dispatch of the purchased Products, Raga Fashion shall initiate refunds within 2 (two) business days from the date on which it received the request from the User.
  5. In case of cash on delivery, the refund will reflect in the User’s bank account within such reasonable time (subject to the policies of the User’s bank in case of bank account/credit card refunds) from the date on which Raga Fashion initiates the refund.
  6. In case of payment made through prepaid mode through any channel, the refund will be made to the original mode of payment. All refunds shall be subject to applicable charges as may be deducted by the User’s bank.

Due to the hygiene reason, returns are not available for Masks

For hygiene concern, we cannot offer refunds, If the Labels has been broken or is no longer in place. Items must be unworn and unwashed with the original labels attached.

This does not affect your statuary rights.
